Greenville County Subdivision Regulations - Sprague & Sprague reviewed existing road design and related subdivision regulations in Greenville County, SC, and in other areas of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia and, with input from County staff, made recommendations for extensive revisions to Greenville County regulations.    

 Parking Studies - For a high-turnover, sit-down restaurant chain, Sprague & Sprague conducted a parking study to assist a restaurant developer in determining the optimum number of parking spaces for its typical restaurant.  Stores studied were located in Upstate South Carolina in Greer, Anderson, Simpsonville, Easley, and Greenville (3 stores).  An optimum number was recommended along with suggestions for accommodating overflow parking.  Sprague & Sprague reviewed existing parking and circulation patterns and made recommendations for large industrial and governmental complexes in Greenville, SC.

 Other Projects – Additional Sprague & Sprague projects include parking layout and marking plans, transit planning studies, traffic counts, intersection operation studies, and traffic control plans.
