Joel Sprague specializes in research, development, testing, and application of geosynthetics, corrugated plastic pipe, and erosion and sediment control technologies. Since 1997, Mr. Sprague has enjoyed a full-time association with TRI/Environmental, Austin, TX. in order to provide both technical and testing expertise to a shared client base. He has been an instructor of numerous short courses and authored over 50 articles and technical papers on the development, testing, and application of geosynthetics, rolled erosion control products, and sediment control systems.
